Redbyrd Orchard is a small, diversified farm, orchard and cidery in Trumansburg New York. We focus on growing apples of which we make hard cider, kombucha and shrub. Redbyrd Orchard has grown fruit organically for over 15 years and incorporates Biodynamic and other natural farming methods. Redbyrd Orchard has been certified as a Biodynamic farm by Demeter USA since 2018. We mostly enjoy engaging in a partnership with the land and respecting the myriad of life that exists in the orchard and enjoy sharing the fruits of our labor with you. We grow over 100 varieties of apples and are continuing to trial new varieties bringing into our cider an amazing array of flavors and textures. Most of our ciders are finished dry and transparently showcase the unique terroir with hands-off natural cidermaking techniques. We are excited and proud to be one of many cideries in the Finger Lakes region growing and producing truly unique products reflecting the culture of the region and the artistic talents of all involved.
